Artist’s Statement

Art as I understand it is the interpreter between mind, body, and soul. Painting acts as a medium for me to channel and communicate that which would otherwise be ineffable. I use the acrylics, the brush, and the canvas to translate my ideas and imagination into a language perceivable within the physical world. My perception of the magic that lives in everything I see, the sparkle the glint the shadow, is thereby shown through the imperfect window each of my paintings creates.

Education

2005-2009     Currently enrolled in Burlington College for a B.A. in Writing and
                     Literature with a focus on Fine Arts.
